Our Approach to Growth Strategy

Ampersand Education is a national leader in organizational growth strategy. Our expertise has supported organizations of all sizes and in all phases of the growth process to expand the impact of quality schools and exceptional educators. Whether growing from one campus to two, or 50 to 100 across multiple states, our team supports our partners through each step of the growth process.

Ampersand Education also works with school operators and city organizations to identify and develop local champions to secure the financial support needed to be successful in new geographies. Finally, we support internal organizational leadership to ensure organizations are ready to grow and have the data analyses and information necessary to make a good decision about where, when, and how to open successful schools, networks, and regions.
